This man was recently found guilty of possession, but a new jury was needed to decide whether or not this Weedman intended to sell the weed. Needless to say, Forchion is ecstatic about the outcome. Ed Forchion’s Marijuana Charges When a jury was originally deciding this man’s fate, they all found him guilty of marijuana possession. However, they were deadlocked as to whether or not he intended to sell the weed. Forchion had over a pound of weed in his car but he claimed that he only had it for medical purposes. Apparently, he made a convincing argument because the jury dropped the intent to sell charges.
